It is said that a purpose of a newsletter is to "Keep me informed about things that I wouldn't otherwise research.  Remind me of things I would otherwise forget.  Teach me new thongs I'd otherwise pass over." [Nelson Norman Group]   Such is the purpose of our monthly newsletter.  The newsletter will be mailed to a select group of commercial practitioners, and available on-line to anyone of interest.

If you have articles to submit, or events to announce, please contact Newsletter Editor Jack Werner - atozinspections@yahoo.com

Social Media / Communications

In terms of communicating with people, Social Media vs Print represents the current generational divide.  For the younger people in the industry, social media (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc) offers people the change to engage in online conversations with those who care about similar topics.  "Social medial has helped to initiate new conversations, respond to feedback and maintain active dialogue with friends, fans and others." [Social Media at Penn State, July 2010]    For further information, please contact Communications and Social Media Chair:
