The Commercial Real Estate Summit (www.cresummit.org) is an annual event produced jointly by COCAR and the UCO Real Estate Program. The 2016 Summit featured a keynote was a seminal discussion by Grant Humphreys titled "A New Definition of Sustainable Developments" (video can be seen here) Grant is the town founder of Carlton Landing, Oklahoma (https://www.carltonlanding.com ) and a director of Humphreys Capitol.
The Real Estate Program in the UCO College of Business Administration's Department of Finance is the only academic program at an Oklahoma college or university. Each summer the Real Estate Program director, Dr. David Chapman (jchapman7@uco.edu), takes a group of students to Europe for to study various aspects of international real estate.
